Top 5 Wealthy Affiliate Objections:
When it comes to building an online business with unlimited growth potential, my #1 recommendation has always been Wealthy Affiliate. The training is cutting edge and easy to follow, the community is overwhelmingly helpful, and the process provided to get a professional website up-and-running is unbelievably efficient.
But naturally, there are always those people who are hesitant to join for some reason or another. It’s understandable for people to be skeptical (even I was at first!), but once you join you’ll realize it might just be the best decision you’ve ever made.
Below is a list of the 5 most common obstacles people face when deciding to join Wealthy Affiliate, and this is my chance to prove to you that you’re making a mistake by not taking part in the Internet Revolution:
1) “Wealthy Affiliate Costs Too Much”
This is easily the most prevalent objection when it comes to joining Wealthy Affiliate, but it’s absolutely preposterous. First of all, they offer a Free Starter Membership that never expires. Task-based training, among other capabilities, is included to help get your e-business off the ground. If you are looking for an opportunity to start a business for free, why wouldn’t you take advantage of this?
In addition, starting-up and maintaining an online business is much cheaper than the traditional “brick and mortar” businesses of years past. Costs associated with traditional business, such as rent, parking, office space, insurance, furnishing, signage, etc. can all be cut out completely from online business. The fact is, starting a business used to require a huge financial commitment ($25,000-$100,000+), but thanks to the internet, businesses can now be created for under $500. This is not a large financial risk in comparison.
**With so little on the line, can you afford not to pursue your passion in the form of an online business?**
For good measure, if you don’t plan on making at least $500 with your business, then you probably shouldn’t be building one anyway. But if you’re serious about creating and maintaining a professional website, then you should have no problem paying these relatively low costs.
2) “I’m Afraid it’s a Scam”
Once again, this is an irrational concern. They offer a Free Starter Membership as stated above. If you’re concerned that it may be a scam, simply try it out for yourself! All they ask for is your Name, Email, and a created Username & Password. Then, as you work your way through the training and begin to see results, you’ll see that Wealthy Affiliate is not a scam at all.
3) “How Do I Make Money?”
Another obstacle that gets in the way of potential e-business owners is that they don’t understand how building a website will make them money.
It’s pretty simple really. The internet is the absolute largest marketplace on earth. Think about what you do when you’re looking for information or have a question about something: Where do you go for answers? Most people will immediately turn to Google for help before taking any other action. Google will then provide the top-rated webpages that contain the best results for your search. Once you click on the results Google gives you, these websites will then offer you products, services, or advertisements that can result in income.
Your goal as an online business owner is to work your website into these search engine results, get traffic from a small fraction of the billions of internet users worldwide, and then sell various products, services, and advertisements.
As an affiliate marketer, the products and services don’t even need to be your own. You can essentially promote other companies products & services, and make a commission on the sales you help generate.
4) “Does It Require Tech-Skills?”
Your main focus should be on your ideal customer. Always create content with that customer in mind: answer their questions, solve their problems, and connect with them. This is the value that’s necessary to ensure high revenues.
5) “The Opportunities Online Are All Taken!”
The internet has been around for a while now and all the good ideas are taken, so there aren’t any opportunities for you to capitalize on, right? Wrong. In fact, it’s the exact opposite. Thanks to all of the ideas that others have turned into online businesses, there are actually more opportunities than ever. Every time a new business idea is established, new “niche” opportunities are born.
Rapidly improving technologies that continue to drop in price for online business owners make these opportunities even more attractive. Do yourself a favor and pursue your passion online. It can be done part-time, without tech-skills, and have a worldwide reach. I wish you much success in creating a lifestyle revolving around flexibility and fulfillment!
